As our customers grow larger with their ecommerce websites,, they've become to need RMA Manager to keep track of their return and exchange in data.
This is how it works,, you have RMA manager in admin that you can monitor and manage RMA. Everytime you have a request for return,, the system gives out the RMA number automatically to your customer and this RMA info comes to your admin.
You can exchange messages with your customers within the site as well. You can set RMA due date for example within 30 days,, otherwise the system won't process RMA that is over 30 days.
